ABOUT MEGAN

I AM: a Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, owner of FitWell Training & a proud member of the personal training team at P.E. Dept, Potts Point. My passion is empowering women to break the obstacles to their optimal fitness & lifestyle so they can live their best lives & feel FANTASTIC. 

WHERE IT BEGAN: In the past I was heavy, unfit, lacking confidence & MISSING OUT. The process in turning this around was a long & (seriously) punishing one. I don’t regret the past! Its lead me to a better way of living and my purpose in supporting others.

HIGH PERFORMANCE: I have 15 years’ management & administration experience within elite sport, sports medicine & corporate environments, KPMG Performance Clinic, the NSW Institute of Sport & contracts linked to health education / weight loss.

I BELIEVE

DEVELOPING A SUSTAINABLE & BALANCED HEALTHY LIFESTYLE IS WHERE IT’S AT.  A life built on healthy habits that are practical, with plenty of room for enjoyment.

Every day we carry out 1000’s of choices linked to: NUTRITION, EXERCISE, RELAXATION, RECOVERY, THOUGHTS, SLEEP & STRESS

The product of these decisions influence whether we feel well, or not so well. How do yours add up? 

You may want to make a change - but change is hard! Especially when we have formed habits over a lifetime. Sometimes we use all our willpower on the latest diet or intensive quick fix program, but in the end this is not sustainable & we default back to our old ways.

This is where a wellness coach can help!
