My strength training approach focuses on correct technique, structural balance, sustainable progress & performance. As a nutritionist, I work collaboratively with clients to make healthy change, achieve balanced nutrition & improve their health. I believe in fuelling & nurturing for long term health & performance as opposed to quick fixes.
